Strategy

All business strategy begins with the aspirations of the Leadership team.

VISTUS works with the leadership team to articulate the Values, Vision and Mission of the organisation.

Once the leadership team is aligned, we then ask:-

• Where do you want to take the company?
• What is your Vision / BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal – Jim Collins)?
• What do you want to achieve in 3 to 5 years?
• What do you want to achieve in the next year?
• What do you want to achieve in the next 90-100 days?

 
The VISTUS Management Group has found that strategy in itself creates no value. If value is to be created, strategy must be implemented with effective execution. 

The path to greater profitability is not a single solution. Nor is it a solution which is implemented and then left on its own. Profitability entails asking the fundamental questions about a business, its marketplace, its products, its processes and then ensuring that everyone in the business understands their role in generating growth

With Goals clearly set, we then work with the Leadership Team to define an action plan on how these goals are to be achieved. But more importantly we set the strategy of holding the leadership team and individuals within the team accountable for the tasks that they have undertaken or been assigned.
